研究目的：

（1）调查老年类风湿关节炎患者跌倒警觉度现状并分析相关影响因素； （2）为临床护士制定针对性的跌倒预防措施、降低老年RA患者跌倒发生率提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Investigate the current status of fall awareness among elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis and analyze the related influencing factors; (2) Provide a basis for clinical nurses to develop targeted fall prevention measures and reduce the incidence of falls in elderly RA patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁； 2.符合美国风湿病学会( ACR)和欧洲抗风湿病联盟( EULAR) 2010年联合提出类风湿关节炎的分类标准； 3.有一定沟通能力，知情同意且自愿参加本研究； 4.可以自由行走或借助辅助器械行走；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 60 years; 2.?? Fulfill the 2010 American College of Rheumatology (ACR)/European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) classification criteria for rheumatoid arthritis; 3. Possess a certain degree of communication ability, and provide informed consent voluntarily to participate in this study.?? 4. Able to walk independently or with the aid of assistive devices.??

排除标准：

1.语言或视力、听力以及认知功能障碍、意识障碍、精神异常等无法配合问卷调查者； 2.合并其他免疫系统疾病或严重脏器疾病者（如心脑肝肾等器官）； 3.合并其他严重影响活动能力的疾病（如帕金森综合征、严重脑卒中后遗症）； 4.绝对卧床的危重病患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with language, visual, hearing, or cognitive impairments, consciousness disorders, mental abnormalities, or other conditions preventing cooperation with the questionnaire survey; 2. Patients complicated with other immune system diseases or severe organ diseases (e.g., heart, brain, liver, or kidney); 3. Patients complicated with other diseases severely affecting mobility (e.g., Parkinson's syndrome, severe sequelae of stroke); 4. Critically ill patients who are bedridden.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用问卷调查法，调查员采用统一指导语向患者介绍问卷填写目的及方法，取得调查对象知情同意后，根据情况发放纸质版问卷。纸质问卷填写时间控制在30min 内，填写完毕现场回收，及时核查遗漏、误填等情况。问卷回收后，双人录入Excel2019软件中，SPSS 27.0，并使用SPSS 27.0 进行描述性统计分析等分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Using a questionnaire survey method, the investigators used unified instructions to explain the purpose and method of filling out the questionnaire to the patients. After obtaining the subjects' informed consent, paper-based questionnaires were distributed accordingly. The time for completing the paper questionnaire was controlled within 30 minutes. Upon completion, the questionnaires were collected on-site and checked promptly for omissions or misinterpretations. After collection, the data were double-entered into Excel 2019 and analyzed using SPSS 27.0 for descriptive statistical analysis, among other analyses.
