研究目的:

1.测试 VINNO ULTIMUS 9E 的电机波成像数据采集方法是否可靠; 2.确认电机波成像成像算法和图像后处理展示方案; 3.探索并建立电机械波成像(EWI)技术在 CRT 植入后非侵入性评估心室同步性的能力,并验证其预测 CRT疗效的可行性.  

Objectives of Study:

1. Test whether the motor wave imaging data acquisition method of VINNO ULTIMUS 9E is reliable; 2. Confirm the motor wave imaging algorithm and post-processing image display scheme; 3. Explore and establish the capability of electromechanical wave imaging (EWI) technology to non-invasively assess ventricular synchrony after CRT implantation, and verify its feasibility in predicting CRT efficacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄 18~70 岁的男性或女性患者; 2.心电图上显示的非流出道心室异位节律(VE)或心室心动过速(VT)形态的患者; 3.伴有潜在结构性心脏病的心室异位节律; 4.LBBB 左心室起搏,RV 起搏或 Biv 双心室起搏器患者.

Inclusion criteria

1. Male or female patients aged 18 to 70; 2. Patients showing ventricular ectopic rhythm (VE) or ventricular tachycardia (VT) patterns on ECG; 3. Ventricular ectopic rhythm accompanied by underlying structural heart disease; 4. Patients with LBBB left ventricular pacing, RV pacing, or biventricular (Biv) pacing devices.

排除标准:

1. 声窗差、或 BMI >=30 病人; 2. EF<25% 病人; 3. 心脏存在大面积的瘢痕组织患者; 4. 无法通过程序性电刺激(如心内或经胸起搏)诱发出目标室性心律失常的患者群体。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with poor acoustic windows or a BMI >= 30; 2. Patients with an EF < 25%; 3. Patients with large areas of cardiac scar tissue; 4. Patients in whom the target ventricular arrhythmia cannot be induced through programmed electrical stimulation (such as intracardiac or trans-thoracic pacing).
