研究目的：

本研究旨在系统性分析食管癌免疫治疗长期生存患者的临床病理特征，以期发现免疫治疗长期获益人群。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to systematically analyze the clinicopathologic features of long-term survivors of immunotherapy for esophageal cancer and to identify the long-term benefit population of immunotherapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18岁以上； 2.确诊为晚期食管癌患者； 3.接受过免疫治疗并在治疗后，总生存期在24个月以上； 4.提供完整的病理学资料和免疫治疗相关的临床记录。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged over 18; 2. Patients with advanced esophageal cancer; 3. After immunotherapy, the overall survival was more than 24 months 4. Provide complete pathological data and clinical records related to immunotherapy.

排除标准：

1.随访信息缺失； 2.免疫治疗前存在严重的器官功能不全； 3.双原发癌； 4.缺乏完整的临床资料和病理学信息。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Lack of follow-up information; 2. Severe organ dysfunction before immunotherapy; 3. Double primary cancer; 4. Lack of complete clinical data and pathological information.
