研究目的：

本研究计划对接受远程机器人及本地机器人手术系统辅助胃肠外科治疗的病例资料进行回顾性分析，开展术后近期疗效指标对比研究，以期为临床医生及患者选择手术方式提供可靠参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This research plan involves a retrospective analysis of cases that received gastrointestinal surgery assisted by remote robotic and local robotic surgical systems, and conducts a comparative study on short-term postoperative efficacy indicators, aiming to provide reliable references for clinicians and patients in choosing surgical methods.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病理诊断明确为胃癌或结直肠癌； 2.已行远程机器人辅助或本地机器人辅助胃癌或结直肠癌根治术； 3.辅助检查结果未见远处转移； 4.术前签署手术知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pathological diagnosis confirmed as gastric cancer or colorectal cancer; 2. Underwent remote robot-assisted or local robot-assisted radical resection for gastric cancer or colorectal cancer; 3. Auxiliary examination results showed no distant metastasis; 4. Signed surgical informed consent before the operation.

排除标准：

1.病例资料不完整或缺失； 2.合并其他恶性肿瘤； 3.合并严重心脏、肺、肝、肾等疾病； 4.急诊手术治疗或合并妊娠等特殊生理状态。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete or missing case data; 2. Concurrent other malignant tumors; 3. Combined with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, or other diseases; 4. Emergency surgical treatment or special physiological conditions such as pregnancy.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究将设计标准化的数据收集表（CRF）。所有数据由经过培训的研究人员采集后，将采用 “双人双份录入” 的方式录入到 Microsoft Excel 中并进行一致性校验，以确保数据准确。最终的电子数据库文件将进行加密，并存储在解放军总医院第一医学中心普通外科医学部的安全内部服务器上，仅由主要研究人员保管和访问。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study will utilize a standardized Case Report Form (CRF) for data collection. All data collected by trained researchers will be entered into Microsoft Excel using a "double data entry" method followed by consistency checks to ensure accuracy. The final electronic database file will be encrypted and stored on a secure internal server within the Department of General Surgery, the First Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital, with access restricted to and managed solely by the principal investigators.
