研究目的：

验证膨宫泵改良连接方法对宫腔镜手术膨宫压力稳定性和术野清晰度的提升效果，并评估其缩短手术时间、减少灌流介质负欠量的作用。分析膨宫泵改良方法对医疗成本、人力成本及安全性的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To validate the efficacy of the modified connection method for the insufflation pump in enhancing pressure stability and surgical field visibility during pneumoperitoneum, whilst assessing its role in reducing operative time and minimising negative perfusion medium deficits. To analyse the impact of the modified insufflation pump method on healthcare costs, staffing requirements, and patient safety.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期行宫腔镜手术的患者；
2.年龄18~65岁；
3.BMI 18~30 kg/m2；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients scheduled for elective hysteroscopic surgery;
2.Age: 18 to 65 years old;
3.Body Mass Index (BMI) 18–30 kg/m2;

排除标准：

1.①糖尿病患者；
2.②绝育手术史患者；
3.③子宫恶性病变患者；
4.④急性盆腔炎或慢性盆腔炎急性发作患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.① Patients with diabetes mellitus;
2.② Patients with a history of sterilisation surgery;
3.③ Patients with malignant uterine lesions;
4.④ Patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease or acute exacerbation of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease;
