研究目的：

1. 比较多成分运动联合认知训练相比于对照组对轻度痴呆患者认知功能、神经精神症状、日常生活自理能力及生活质量的影响； 2. 探讨痴呆患者及照顾者参与联合干预的体验及对干预方案的接受度。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To compare the effects of multimodal exercise combined with cognitive training with the health education group on global cognition, domain cognitions, NPS, IADL, and HRQoL post-intervention and at 3-month follow-up among older adults with mild dementia; 2. To explore the engagement experience and acceptability of dyads (caregivers and PwD) participating in the combined interventions.

纳入标准：

1.痴呆患者的入选标准为： （1）年龄≥60岁； （2）根据《精神疾病诊断和统计手册》第5版（DSM-V）或《国际疾病和相关健康问题统计分类》第10版（ICD-10）被诊断为痴呆（包括阿尔兹海默病，血管性痴呆，及其它类型的痴呆）； （3）处于痴呆早期（临床痴呆评定量表 = 1)； （4）经体力活动准备度问卷评估能够参与运动项目； （5）认字，能读写中文； （6）有家庭照顾者愿意参与。 2.照顾者的入选标准为： （1）≥18岁； （2）与痴呆老人同住； （3）认字并能读写中文； （4）拥有可上网的电子设备，并具有使用技术的能力； （5）认知完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. The inclusion criteria of dementia subjects are: (1) Aged >= 60 years; (2) Have a diagnosis of dementia (AD, vascular dementia, or other types of dementia) based on the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-5th edition (DSM-V) or the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems-10th Revision (ICD-10); (3) Clinical Dementia Rating Scale (CDR) = 1, indicating mild dementia; (4) Can participate in exercise interventions assessed by the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire for Everyone (PAR-Q+); (5) Be literate and have the ability to read and write Chinese; (6) Have a family caregiver willing to participate. 2. The inclusion criteria of family caregivers are: (1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) Co-residing with PwD; (3) Be literate and have the ability to read and write Chinese; (4) Have an electronic device with internet access, and have the ability to use technology; (5) Cognitively intact.

排除标准：

痴呆患者的排除标准为： （1）根据美国运动医学会合并有运动的禁忌症； （2）诊断为精神疾病（如精神分裂症）或合并明显的痴呆精神行为症状，这可能会使受试者无法遵循干预指示； （3）听力或视力丧失，使受试者无法回答问卷并参与干预； （4）每周规律运动≥150 min或目前正在参与改善认知功能的干预研究； （5）无法签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion of dementia subjects are: (1) Having any absolute or relative contraindications of exercise according to the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM); (2) With active psychiatric disorders requiring treatments or obvious behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia which may preclude subjects following the intervention instructions; (3) With hearing or vision impairment that preventing subjects from answering questionnaires and engaging in the intervention; (4) Have a regular exercise training for more than 150 min per week or currently participating in any interventions that aim to improve cognition; (5) Are incompetent in giving consent.
