研究目的：

主要目的：探讨基于 Transformer 特征提取器的时序相关深度学习网络及大语言模型分析 CEUS 数据的可能方法及其在辅助诊断及预后评估中的价值。 次要目的：在构建人工智能算法时，探讨并构建一种更适合分析多模态超声图像及视频的人工智能网络结构。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective: To explore possible methods for analyzing CEUS data based on time-series correlated deep learning networks and large language models using Transformer feature extractors, as well as their value in auxiliary diagnosis and prognosis evaluation. Secondary objective: To explore and construct an artificial intelligence network structure that is more suitable for analyzing multimodal ultrasound images and videos when building artificial intelligence algorithms.

纳入标准：

入选标准： (1) 年龄 18 岁-80 岁在我院因肝局灶性病变接受肝脏超声造影检查的住院 患者及门诊患者； (2) 同意参与该试验，均签署知情同意书的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 18 to 80 years who underwent liver contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination at our hospital for liver focal lesions and both inpatients and outpatients; (2) Patients who agreed to participate in this trial and all signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

排除标准： (1) 图像资料缺失。 (2) 图像质量较差。
