研究目的:

近视进展是眼球变化的结果,其效应也体现为眼球结构的变化。对于青少年群体,由于身体发育因素的作用,多数近视的进展与发育同时并存,眼球结构改变受到了近视和发育的交互影响,在不同年龄段、不同屈光状态下,近视进展对眼球结构产生的效应可能是不一样的。所以本项纵向观察性研究的主要目的是探索近视发生和发展的不同阶段,眼球生物学改变与发育、屈光度变化的内在关系。次要目的为研究环境和遗传因素对眼球结构变化的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

The progression of myopia reflects the underlying changes in ocular structure. In adolescents, because of ongoing physical growth, most myopic progression occurs concurrently with development, and ocular structural alterations are jointly influenced by both myopia and growth. The effects of myopic progression on ocular structure may therefore vary across different ages and refractive states. Accordingly, the primary aim of this longitudinal observational study was to investigate the relationships among ocular biometric changes, physical development, and refractive changes at different stages of myopia onset and progression. The secondary aim was to examine the influence of environmental and genetic factors on ocular structural changes.

纳入标准:

1.符合研究人群入组的要求:原队列入组学生,五年级及初二(9-15岁);
2.无散瞳剂、表面麻醉剂过敏;
3.监护人都能够理解并亲自签署知情同意书;

Inclusion criteria

1.Eligible for inclusion in the study population: Students enrolled in the original cohort, fifth grade and eighth grade (ages 9–15);
2.No allergy to mydriatics or topical anesthetics;
3.All guardians are able to understand and personally sign the informed consent form.

排除标准:

1.既往患有眼部疾病可能影响研究结果;
2.曾经或正在实施阿托品眼药水、角膜接触镜、近视防控镜片等近视防控手段的对象;
3.患有严重全身疾病,致使可能影响检查,或参加研究的检查存在任何危及身体健康的可能性;
4.对托品酰胺或表面麻醉药不耐受或既往有此类药物过敏史;
5.不能签署知情同意书者;

Exclusion criteria:

1.A history of eye disease may affect the study results.
2.Individuals who have used or are currently using myopia control measures such as atropine eye drops, contact lenses, or myopia control lenses;
3.Suffering from a severe systemic disease that may affect the examination, or where any examination required for participation in the study poses a risk to physical health.
4.Intolerance to lidocaine or topical anesthetics, or a history of allergy to such medications;
5.unable to sign an informed consent form;
