研究目的：

在国内率先开展国产金属高分子一体式个性化假体在TMJ强直中的多中心前瞻性临床研究，并进一步加大样本量以验证当前假体系统的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

The first multi-center prospective clinical study of domestic metal polymer integrated personalized prosthesis in TMJ tetanus was carried out in China, and the sample size was further increased to verify the safety and effectiveness of the current prosthesis system.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）受试者年龄在18-75岁（含），性别不限； 2）因TMJ骨性强直需要行关节置换的病例； 3）3个月内未参加其他临床验证者； 4）无急性感染性疾病、精神病、系统性疾病； 5）自愿受试并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) The subjects are aged 18-75 years old (inclusive), regardless of gender; 2) Cases requiring joint replacement due to TMJ osseous rigidity; 3) Those who have not participated in other clinical validation within 3 months; 4) No acute infectious disease, mental illness, systemic disease; 5) Volunteer and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1）对钛合金内植物过敏的患者； 2）急性或严重感染或慢性感染处于急性发作期的患者； 3）手术导致大范围软组织缺损，术后创口没有足够软组织覆盖的患者； 4）放射性骨髓炎、急慢性骨髓炎、骨质疏松患者； 5）合并心、肺、脑、肾等重要脏器原发性疾病未控制的患者； 6）精神疾病患者； 7）妊娠、哺乳期女性； 8）无法配合治疗的患者； 9）中晚期恶性肿瘤、肿瘤远处转移、肿瘤复发患者； 10）病情危重，难以对假体的有效性和安全性做出确切评价的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients who are allergic to plants in titanium alloy; 2) Patients with acute or severe infection or chronic infection in the acute phase; 3) Patients with extensive soft tissue defects caused by surgery and postoperative wounds without adequate soft tissue coverage; 4) Patients with radiation osteomyelitis, acute and chronic osteomyelitis, and osteoporosis; 5) Patients with uncontrolled primary diseases of heart, lung, brain, kidney and other important organs; 6) People with mental illness; 7) Pregnant and lactating women; 8) Patients who cannot cooperate with treatment; 9) Patients with middle and advanced malignant tumors, distant metastasis of tumors, and tumor recurrence; 10) Patients with critical conditions, it is difficult to make an accurate evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of the prosthesis.
