研究目的：

1.研发一套基于AI辅助的老年综合征自助筛查系统 2.临床验证AI老年综合征自助筛查系统的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Develop a self-screening system for geriatric syndrome based on AI assistance. 2. Clinically verify the effectiveness of the AI self-creening system for geriatric syndrome.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁； 2.文盲、视听障碍的老年人需有照顾者，且照顾者愿意配合研究； 3.本人或长期照护者有一定的理解能力，有识字、阅读能力； 4.本人或长期照护者拥有一部智能手机，且会使用APP或小程序的功能； 5.意识清楚，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Elderly illiterate, visually and hearing impaired need to have caregivers, and caregivers are to cooperate with the study; 3. The subject or long-term caregiver has a certain understanding ability, and has the ability to identify, read; 4. The or long-term caregiver has a smartphone and can use the APP or small program function; 5.Conscious, sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.伴有严重心、肝、肾功能不全，疾病重症期、中重度认知障碍；2.生活自理能力重度依赖；

Exclusion criteria：

1. With severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction, severe illness, moderate to severe cognitive impairment; 2. severe dependence on activities of daily living.

1.组建核心团队，由硕士研究生导师1名、硕士研究生3名和AI技术主研1名组成核心团队，全程督导系统开发。 2.研究设计和方案制定，定期召开质控会，监控，答疑，分析存在问题，质量改进。专业AI技术团队提供研究技术支持，协助研究数据分析，数据管理等。 3.组建培训团队，由研究生、老年专科护士、信息工程师共同组成培训团队，制定标准化培训课件和系统使用流程图，采用一对多、一对一等方式，培训老年人正确使用系统。 4.系统测试和应用过程中，设置数据隐私保护，采用技术和人工双重监督，确保信息安全。 5.数据分析时，首先进行数据脱敏，然后再分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Assemble a core team consisting of one master's thesis supervisor, three master's students, and one senior AI researcher to supervise system development throughout. 2. Conduct research design and scheme formulation, hold regular quality control meetings, monitor, answer questions, analyze existing problems, and improve quality. The professional AI team provides research technical support, assists in research data analysis, data management, etc. 3. Assemble a training team consisting of graduate students, geriatric specialty nurses, information engineers to develop standardized training courseware and system usage flowcharts, and train the elderly to use the system correctly through one-to-many and one-on- methods. 4. During the system testing and application process, set up data privacy protection, adopt technical and manual dual supervision, and ensure information security. 5. During data, first perform data de-identification before analysis.
