研究目的：

1. 构建200万人群队列，整合营养、生活方式、环境暴露、多组学分析、及动态健康监测数据，运用人工智能技术解析营养不均衡与重大慢性病及其危险因素的流行病学关联，揭示遗传-营养-环境的交互作用机制。 2. 建立全球领先的精准营养预防体系，该体系将根据个体的基因、营养、生活方式、环境暴露、及健康状况，进行生物标志物水平评估和疾病风险预测，提供定制化的营养和健康建议，从而实现对重大慢性病及其危险因素的精准防控，推动营养干预措施的个性化和精准化实施。 3. 探究包括膳食模式、体育活动、睡眠习惯、心理健康、社会交往等多种生活方式，对重大慢性病及其危险因素的影响，探究如何通过改善生活方式来减少重大慢性病的发生及其危险因素的影响，为今后制定营养膳食干预方案、策略和指南及其公众健康教育提供科学依据。 4.采用多种新媒体形式对公众进行健康科普教育，促进公众主动地形成健康知信行（Knowledge知，Attitude信，Practice行，KAP），养成健康生活方式，实现重大慢性病及其危险因素的零级预防。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Build a cohort of 2 million people, integrate nutrition, lifestyle, environmental exposure, multi-group analysis, and dynamic health monitoring data, use artificial intelligence technology to analyze the epidemiological association between nutritional imbalance and major chronic diseases and their risk factors, and reveal inheritance-Nutrition-environment interaction mechanism. 2. Establish a world-leading precise nutrition prevention system to conduct biomarker level assessment and disease risk prediction based on individual genes, nutrition, lifestyle, environmental exposure, and health status, provide customized nutrition and health advice, and achieve long-term treatment. Precise prevention and control of chronic diseases and their risk factors. 3. Explore the impact of various lifestyles, including dietary patterns, physical activity, sleep habits, mental health, and social interactions, on major chronic diseases and their risk factors; explore how to improve lifestyles to reduce the incidence of major chronic diseases and the impact of risk factors, and provide scientific basis for future formulation of nutritious diet intervention plans, strategies and guidelines and public health education. 4. Use a variety of new media forms to educate the public on health science, develop a healthy lifestyle, and achieve zero-level prevention of major chronic diseases and their risk factors.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.经研究评估患有可能影响研究依从性或数据收集的疾病，包括但不限于痴呆、严重精神疾病、丧失表达能力或行为能力障碍者；
2.经研究者评估认为不适合参与本研究或无法完成长期随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those assessed by the study to have diseases that may affect study compliance or data collection, including but not limited to dementia, severe mental illness, loss of expression or behavioral disorders;
2. Those who are assessed by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this study or unable to complete long-term follow-up.
