纳入标准：

三四部分骨折患者；年龄20-70岁。

Inclusion criteria

With 3 or 4 proximal humerus fracture; aged 20-70 years.

排除标准：

有其他代谢疾病；有同侧上肢骨折。

Exclusion criteria：

Other disease may disturb the treatment of fracture; with other fracture of the same upper limb.
