研究目的：

构建跨理论模型指导下的家庭参与式护理干预方案，并通过前瞻性随机对照实验研究验证其可行性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Develop a family-participatory nursing intervention program guided by transtheoretical model, and validate its feasibility and effectiveness through a prospective randomized controlled trial.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁； 2.由同一教授组行机器人辅助腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术的患者； 3.在研究医院进行复查，具备随访条件； 4.患者家属具有配合能力。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy by the same surgical team; 3. Patients undergoing follow-up examinations at the study hospital with adequate follow-up conditions; 4. Patients with family members capable of providing cooperation.

排除标准：

1.术后行化疗； 2.沟通能力差； 3.术前存在尿失禁。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Postoperative chemotherapy; 2. Poor communication skills; 3. Preoperative urinary incontinence.

通过计算机生成随机数字序列，提前将分组序号随机装入按顺序编码、不透光、密封的信箱，每位入组患者按顺序拆除一个信封，进行随机分组。

A random number sequence is generated by computer. Grouping numbers are randomly pre-assigned to sequentially coded, opaque, sealed envelopes. Each enrolled patient sequentially removes one envelope to achieve randomization.
