研究目的：

本研究以性早熟女童为研究对象，于入组时收集饮食、睡眠与运动、心理、环境等相关资料，留取样本检测相关环境内分泌干扰物，每3-6月随访一次。探索女童性早熟发病的相关影响因素及发育进程，并根据资料及样本检测进行动物、细胞实验，进一步明确相关因素导致女童中枢性性早熟发病的具体机制，本研究将为防治女童性早熟提供新的理论依据及治疗靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

This study focuses on girls with precocious puberty. At enrolment, data concerning diet, sleep and exercise, psychological factors, and environmental conditions were collected, alongside samples for testing relevant environmental endocrine disruptors. Follow-up visits were conducted every 3-6 months. The study aims to explore factors influencing the onset and developmental progression of precocious puberty in girls. Based on the data and sample analyses, animal and cellular experiments will be conducted to elucidate the specific mechanisms by which these factors induce central precocious puberty in girls. This research will provide novel theoretical foundations and therapeutic targets for the prevention and treatment of precocious puberty in girls.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床表现及辅助检查符合《性早熟诊疗指南》诊断标准； 2.女孩； 3.监护人自愿签署知情同意书。 4.基础血清 LH 水平达到青春期（LH>3.0-5.0 mIU/ml）水平，或者 GnRH 激发试验阳性的性早熟女童为中枢性性早熟，GnRH 激发试验阴性的性早熟女童为不完全性性早熟。

Inclusion criteria

1. Clinical manifestations and ancillary examinations meet the diagnostic criteria outlined in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Precocious Puberty; 2. Female patients; 3. Guardians voluntarily sign the informed consent form. 4.Girls with central precocious puberty exhibit basal serum LH levels reaching pubertal thresholds (LH > 3.0–5.0 mIU/ml) or demonstrate a positive GnRH stimulation test. Those with incomplete precocious puberty show a negative GnRH stimulation test result.

排除标准：

1.合并中枢神经系统异常； 2.存在骨骼、皮肤等其他系统畸形、特殊面容或性早熟家族史； 3.合并恶性肿瘤、智力低下、矮小症以及其他遗传代谢相关疾病者； 4.既往长期使用激素类药物； 5.有肝脏、甲状腺、肾脏等疾病； 6.经诊断为外周性性早熟； 7.确诊为性早熟后已开始治疗

Exclusion criteria：

1. Concurrent central nervous system abnormalities; 2. Presence of skeletal, cutaneous or other systemic malformations, distinctive facial features, or family history of precocious puberty; 3. Concurrent malignant tumours, intellectual disability, short stature, or other genetic metabolic disorders; 4. History of prolonged corticosteroid use; 5. Presence of liver, thyroid, or renal disease; 6. Diagnosis of peripheral precocious puberty; 7. Initiation of treatment following confirmed diagnosis of precocious puberty.
