Objectives of Study：

The study aims to explore the regulation of intestinal microecology and emotional state in people under special circumstances by functional foods with functional oligosaccharides as nutritional base materials.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 执行连续出海任务，近期出海任务时间＞14天且入组前返回休整时间不超过3天； 2.年龄在18岁及以上的健康人群； 3. 能够遵守研究方案要求和评估窗口期； 4. 按说明书摄入产品； 5. 愿意根据指示收集、储存、交付粪便样本； 6. 在研究期间受试者可以在智能手机上使用营养小程序记录3天24小时膳食日记； 7. 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Conduct consecutive sea-going missions. The duration of the recent sea mission is more than 14 days, and the rest and recovery time before enrollment does not exceed 3 days. 2. Healthy individuals aged 18 years and above. 3. Able to comply with the requirements of the research protocol and the assessment window period. 4. Take the product as per the instructions. 5. Willing to collect, store and deliver fecal samples according to the instructions. 6. During the study period, the subjects can use the nutrition mini-program on their smartphones to record a 24-hour dietary diary for 3 days. 7. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 已知/现有胃肠道疾病如慢性结肠炎、胃肠道手术史，或经医生诊断可能干扰研究的疾病； 2. 已知/存在海产品、海鲜类食物、麦麸过敏或对其他产品成分过敏； 3. 每日摄入大于30g膳食纤维的人群； 4. 入组前4周内服用糖皮质激素、抗生素、益生元、益生菌、维生素补充剂和任何其他可能影响微生物组分析的药物； 5. 存在严重的躯体疾病及脑器质性疾病； 6. 存在酒精、毒品或神经麻醉类药物依赖； 7. 有特殊饮食的受试者，包括但不限于纯素饮食、生酮饮食、低纤维饮食、增稠饮食等； 8. 根据照调查人员的判断不能遵守协议的（入组后不能在水面舰艇上呆满8周者）； 9. 同时或在入组前2周参与任何其他可能影响结果的研究； 10. 入组前一个月出现便秘/腹泻； 11. 入组前半年接受过功能寡糖干预（如壳寡糖、低聚木糖、低聚果糖）； 12. 妊娠或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known/Existing gastrointestinal diseases such as chronic colitis, history of gastrointestinal surgery, or diseases diagnosed by doctors that may interfere with the study; 2. Known/Existing allergies to seafood, seafood products, wheat bran, or to other product components; 3. Individuals with a daily intake of more than 30g of dietary fiber; 4. Those who have taken glucocorticoids, antibiotics, prebiotics, probiotics, vitamin supplements, and any other drugs that may affect microbiome analysis within 4 weeks before enrollment; 5. Individuals with severe physical diseases and brain organic diseases; 6. Individuals with alcohol, drug, or neuroanesthetic drug dependence; 7. Subjects with special diets, including but not limited to vegan diet, ketogenic diet, low-fiber diet, thickening diet, etc. 8. Those judged by the investigators not to be able to comply with the protocol (those who cannot stay on the surface vessel for a full 8 weeks after enrollment); 9. Participating in any other study that may affect the results simultaneously or within 2 weeks before enrollment; 10. Having constipation/diarrhea within one month before enrollment; 11. Having received functional oligosaccharide intervention (such as shell oligosaccharides, low-molecular-weight xylose, low-molecular-weight fructose) within half a year before enrollment; 12. Pregnant or lactating women.
