研究目的：

探究超声引导下膀胱造瘘术后导管阻塞的独立危险因素，降低阻塞发生率，减少患者再入院率，提升患者长期生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

A comprehensive investigation into independent risk factors for catheter obstruction following ultrasound-guided cystostomy is imperative in order to achieve a reduction in obstruction incidence, decrease patient readmission rates, and enhance long-term quality of life.

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.首次超声引导下膀胱造瘘置管；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=18 years; 2.The first cystostomy tube was placed under ultrasound guidance;

排除标准：

1.随访资料不全；
2.非阻塞性拔管（如计划性更换/患者要求）；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The follow-up data is incomplete;
2.Non-obstructive extubation (such as planned replacement/patient request);

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：使用电子数据采集表记录患者基线信息（年龄、性别）、导管留置时间、导管管径，尿培养，尿常规，血糖，肌酐，尿酸。匿名化处理：患者信息以唯一编码替代（如001），编码表加密存储于独立服务器。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data acquisition: Baseline information (age, gender), catheter indwelling time, catheter diameter, urine culture, urine routine, blood glucose, creatinine, uric acid were recorded by electronic data capture form. Anonymization: Patient information is replaced with a unique code (e.g. 001), and the code table is encrypted and stored on a separate server.
