研究目的：

本研究旨在前瞻性评估视频辅助胸腔镜手术（VATS）后慢性咳嗽的发生情况，重点对术后慢性咳嗽的发生率、持续时间、严重程度及其对患者生活质量的影响进行系统分析，以期为术后慢性咳嗽的早期识别、预防与干预提供临床依据，提升患者术后生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to conduct a prospective assessment of the occurrence of chronic cough after video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS), with a focus on systematically analyzing the incidence, duration, severity of chronic cough after the surgery, as well as its impact on the quality of life of patients. The goal is to provide clinical evidence for the early identification, prevention, and intervention of chronic cough after surgery, thereby improving the quality of life of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.拟行肺楔形切除术、肺段切除术或肺叶切除术； 2.年龄大于 18 岁； 3.美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级<=Ⅲ级； 4.体重指数（BMI）<=24 kg/m^2； 5.肺功能正常，预测的第一秒用力呼气容积（FEV1%）>50%； 6.静息血气分析：动脉血氧分压（PaO2）≥75 mmHg，动脉二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）<45 mmHg； 7.心功能正常，射血分数（EF）>预测值的 50%； 8.知情同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Planned pulmonary wedge resection, segmentectomy, or lobectomy; 2. Age over 18 years; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification <= III; 4. Body mass index (BMI) <= 24 kg/m^2; 5. Normal lung function, predicted forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1%) > 50%; 6. Resting blood gas analysis: arterial oxygen pressure (PaO2) >= 75 mmHg, arterial carbon dioxide pressure (PaCO2) < 45 mmHg; 7. Normal cardiac function, ejection fraction (EF) > 50% of the predicted value; 8. Informed consent obtained and signed.

排除标准：

1.拒绝手术和/或麻醉方案的患者； 2.术前肺部感染； 3.既往同侧手术史或其他可能导致广泛胸膜粘连的病史； 4.非手术侧膈神经麻痹； 5.术前反流风险高（禁食<6 小时）或合并胃食管反流病者； 6.合并心、肾、肝等器官功能不全，存在手术禁忌证者； 7.存在严重认知、心理或沟通障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who refuse surgery and/or anesthesia plans; 2. Preoperative pulmonary infection; 3. History of previous surgery on the same side or other history that may cause extensive pleural adhesions; 4. Diaphragmatic paralysis on the non-surgical side; 5. High risk of preoperative reflux (fasting <6 hours) or coexisting gastroesophageal reflux disease; 6. Coexisting heart, kidney, liver, or other organ dysfunctions, with contraindications to surgery; 7. Severe cognitive, psychological, or communication disorders.
