研究目的：

本研究旨在基于Kano模型构建针对蒙古族和汉族分化型甲状腺癌患者的协同护理模式，对比分析该模式与常规护理在降低患者病耻感、提升生活质量方面的差异；同时探究蒙古族与汉族患者在病耻感水平、生活质量现状及干预效果上的族群差异，为制定兼顾文化特异性与普适性的精准护理策略提供科学依据，促进少数民族地区肿瘤护理服务的同质化发展。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to construct a collaborative nursing model for Mongolian and Han patients with differentiated thyroid cancer based on the Kano model, and to compare and analyze the differences between this model and conventional nursing in reducing patients' stigma and improving their quality of life. Meanwhile, to explore the ethnic differences between Mongolian and Han patients in terms of the level of stigma, the current situation of quality of life and the intervention effect, so as to provide a scientific basis for formulating precise nursing strategies that take into account both cultural specificity and universality, and promote the homogeneous development of tumor nursing services in ethnic minority areas.

纳入标准：

1.确诊甲状腺癌需要手术，且为首次手术的患者。 2.意识清楚，理解能力正常，听力及语言表达能力正常。 3.在知情同意下自愿参加本项研究。 4.研究对象自报为蒙古族或汉族，核对身份证确认并签署民族身份确认声明。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who have been diagnosed with thyroid cancer and need surgery, and who are undergoing surgery for the first time. 2. Clear consciousness, normal comprehension ability, and normal listening and language expression abilities. 3. Voluntarily participate in this study with informed consent. 4. The research subjects report themselves as being of Mongolian or Han ethnicity. Their ID cards are verified for confirmation and they sign the ethnic identity confirmation statement.

排除标准：

1.患者未满18周岁。 2.患者拒绝手术治疗。 3.术后病理非甲状腺癌的患者。 4.既往有焦虑、抑郁或精神疾病病史。 5.既往有心脑血管疾病及重大疾病。 6.患者术前无声音嘶哑及饮水呛咳等明显症状。 7.患者拒绝入组。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The patient is under 18 years old. 2. The patient refused surgical treatment. 3. Patients whose postoperative pathology is not thyroid cancer. 4. There is a history of anxiety, depression or mental illness. 5. Has a history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or major illnesses. 6. The patient had no obvious symptoms such as hoarseness or choking when drinking water before the operation. 7. The patient refused to be enrolled in the group.
