研究目的：

本研究旨在通过超声引导下胸椎旁神经阻滞联合外科医生胸腔镜直视下肋间神经阻滞和单纯外科医生胸腔镜直视下肋间神经阻滞在胸腔镜肺部手术中的应用比较，以评价两种方法对患者术后恢复质量的影响，为临床应用提供相关数据参考  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the application of ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block combined with surgeon-visualized thoracoscopic intercostal nerve block and purely surgeon-visualized thoracoscopic intercostal nerve block in thoracoscopic lung surgery, in order to evaluate the impact of the two methods on the quality of postoperative recovery for patients, providing relevant data reference for clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ级； 2.BMI<=30kg/m^2 ； 3.年龄 30～75 岁 ； 4.胸腔镜肺叶切除手术 ； 5.患者及家属同意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA I–II grade; 2. BMI ≤ 30 kg/m^2; 3. Age 30–75 years; 4. Thoracoscopic lobectomy; 5. Patients and their families agree to sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.精神异常不能合作者； 2.术前慢性疼痛者； 3.神经阻滞禁忌者； 4.神经阻滞失败者； 5.中转开胸手术； 6.出血量＞1000ml； 7.手术时间＞4h.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with psychiatric disorders who cannot cooperate; 2. Patients with chronic pain before surgery; 3. Patients with contraindications to nerve block; 4. Patients in whom nerve block has failed; 5. Conversion to open thoracic surgery; 6. Blood loss >1000 ml; 7. Surgery duration >4 hours.
