研究目的：

本研究拟创建基于先心术后患儿实际危重程度评分为基础的阶段性的心肺联合康复方案，通过全面和规范的评定，采取分阶段综合医疗干预手段，促进先心患儿术后疾病恢复，改善心肺功能，提高远期生命质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to establish a phased cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program based on the actual criticality scores of children post-congenital heart surgery. Through comprehensive and standardized assessments, we will implement phased and comprehensive medical interventions to promote disease recovery in children post-congenital heart surgery, improve cardiopulmonary function, and enhance long-term quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《小儿先天性心脏病诊治手册》中关于CHD诊断标准；行心脏手术；
2.术后入住ICU；
3.年龄≤14岁；
4.入住ICU时间>7天；

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for CHD as outlined in the "Handbook for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Congenital Heart Disease in Children"; 2.Admission to ICU after surgery; 3.Age <= 14 years old; 4. Staying in ICU for more than 7 days;

排除标准：

1.治疗期间死亡；
2.发生心率、血压不稳定，随时属于抢救状态；
3.合并有严重的心律失常；
4.合并有活动性出血；
5.处于高热状态（体温超过 38.5 ℃）；
6.合并其它严重器质性疾病；
7.合并原发性哮喘等肺部疾病；
8.早产儿、低体重儿；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Died during treatment;
2.Unstable heart rate and blood pressure, requiring emergency treatment at any time;
3.Complicated with severe arrhythmia;
4.Complicated with active bleeding;
5.Being in a state of high fever (body temperature exceeding 38.5 ℃);
6.Comorbid with other severe organic diseases;
7.Combined with primary asthma and other pulmonary diseases;
8.Premature infants and low-birth-weight infants;
