研究目的：

通过对既往采用改良髂股两窗的病例资料进行统计学分析，验证该手术入路对髋臼骨折的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Through statistical analysis of the case data of previous cases using the modified iliofemoral two-window, the clinical efficacy of this surgical approach for acetabular fractures was verified.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=14岁者； 2.3周内新鲜骨折； 3.Letounel分型中需要前入路各类简单及复合型骨折；

Inclusion criteria

1. Those aged 14 or above; 2.Fresh fractures within 3 weeks; 3. In the Letounel classification, various simple and complex fractures require a anterior approach.

排除标准：

1.合并不稳定髋臼后壁骨折的复合髋臼骨折患者；
2.髋臼陈旧性骨折患者；
3.既往有髋关节受伤、手术史或髋臼、骨盆先天畸形者；
4.受伤前下肢功能障碍者；
5.病例资料不完整或随访丢失者；
6.病理骨折；
7.认为不适合单一前入路完成的病例；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with complex acetabular fractures with unstable posterior wall fractures;
2.Patients with malunited fractures of acetabulum;
3.Patients with previous hip injury, surgical history or congenital deformity of acetabulum or pelvis;
4.Patients with lower limb dysfunction before injury;
5.Incomplete case data or missing follow-up;
6.Pathological fracture;
7.Cases considered unsuitable for completion of a single anterior approach;
