研究目的：

本研究为回顾性研究，纳入2013年1月至2023年1月于我院行剖宫产手术的妊娠合并心脏病患者，对其术后生活质量下降情况的一个预测研究。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is a retrospective study that includes patients with cardiac diseases during pregnancy who underwent cesarean section at our hospital from January 2013 to January 2023, and aims to predict the decline in their postoperative quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄大于等于18岁； 2、依据2018年欧洲心脏病协会指南诊断为PWHD； 3、有完整的临床资料，包括术前检查、手术记录、心脏相关指标等。

Inclusion criteria

Age is greater than or equal to 18 years old. Diagnosed as PWHD according to the 2018 European Society of Cardiology guidelines. Complete clinical data is available, including preoperative examinations, surgical records, cardiac-related indicators, etc.

排除标准：

1. 既往有精神疾病病史，使用过或正在使用精神类药物； 2. 合并免疫系统、肾脏、呼吸系统疾病； 3. 临床资料不完整或失访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of mental illness, currently or previously using psychiatric medications; 2. Coexisting diseases of the immune system, kidneys, or respiratory system; 3. Incomplete clinical data or lost to follow-up.
