研究目的：

本研究旨在系统评估跨耻骨联合通道螺钉治疗I区耻骨支骨折的临床疗效与安全性。主要目的是通过影像学检查客观评价骨折愈合进程，并采用功能评分量表量化患者术后恢复情况。次要目的包括精确记录手术相关指标（手术时间、术中出血量）、全面评估并发症发生率，并通过与历史数据的对比分析，科学验证该技术在功能恢复和疼痛控制方面的相对优势。最终为该微创术式的临床应用提供循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of transpubic symphysis channel screws in the treatment of zone I pubic ramus fractures. The primary objective is to objectively assess the fracture healing process through imaging examinations and quantify patients' postoperative recovery using functional scoring scales. Secondary objectives include accurately recording surgery-related indicators (operation time, intraoperative blood loss), comprehensively evaluating the incidence of complications, and scientifically verifying the relative advantages of this technique in functional recovery and pain control through comparative analysis with historical data. Ultimately, this study aims to provide evidence-based medicine evidence for the clinical application of this minimally invasive surgical method.

纳入标准：

从2025.01.01开始采用跨耻骨联合螺钉治疗的耻骨支骨折患者，能完成至少一年的随访。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with pubic ramus fractures who undergo transpubic symphysis screw treatment starting from January 1, 2025, should be able to complete a follow-up period of at least one year.

排除标准：

病理性骨折、年龄小于18岁、临床资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

Pathological fractures, age under 18 years old, and incomplete clinical data
