研究目的：

盐酸罗哌卡因注射液在老年患者锁骨上入路臂丛阻滞应用于上肢肘关节以下部位的手术中，找到罗哌卡因注射液的最低有效浓度。  

Objectives of Study：

The minimum effective concentration of ropivacaine hydrochloride injection for upper limb surgery distal to the elbow joint using a supraclavicular approach brachial plexus block in elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

60岁以上，美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级I-III级，行肘关节以下部位的手术患者，无术后康复训练禁忌症。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 60 years and older, classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status I-III, scheduled for surgery distal to the elbow joint, and without contraindications to postoperative rehabilitation training.

排除标准：

穿刺部位感染，锁骨上区域既往外伤、手术史，已知有罗哌卡因过敏史的患者；术后入ICU监护治疗的患者；术后拒绝进行康复训练的患者；既往长期口服阿片类止痛药的患者，已参与其他药物或临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with puncture site infection, history of prior trauma or surgery in the supraclavicular region, or known allergy to ropivacaine; those requiring postoperative ICU monitoring and care; patients refusing postoperative rehabilitation training; chronic users of oral opioid analgesics; and individuals participating in other drug studies or clinical trials.
