观察不同频率重复经颅磁刺激联合下肢机器人对脑卒中患者皮质兴奋性及运动功能的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

Clinical Efficacy of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation at Different Frequencies Combined with Lower Limb Robotic Training on Cortical Excitability and Motor Function in Stroke Patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《中国各类主要脑血管病诊断要点2019》中脑卒中的诊断标准，且经头颅CT或MRI检查结果证实； 2.首次发病，病程<=1年，单侧偏瘫，年龄18—70岁； 3.病情稳定，神志清，可配合检查及治疗； 4.站位平衡达到1级、能完成平衡测试仪评估； 5.患侧下肢改良 Ashworth分级<=2级； 6.患侧下肢Brunnstrom 分期>=3期； 7.患者与家属均签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. It meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the "Key Points for the Diagnosis of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019", and is confirmed by the results of head CT or MRI examination; 2. First onset, disease course <=1 year, unilateral hemiplegia, age 18-70 years old; 3. The condition is stable, the patient is conscious and can cooperate with the examination and treatment. 4. The position balance reaches level 1 and can be evaluated by the balance tester. 5. The modified Ashworth grade of the affected lower limb is less than or equal to grade 2; 6. Brunnstrom stage of the affected lower extremity >=3; 7. Both the patient and their family members have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.有心脏起搏器植入、癫痫病史、进展型脑卒中等rTMS禁忌证； 2.认知功能障碍明显，不能配合检查及治疗； 3.临床病情不稳定，合并严重心血管疾病和肺部疾病，如心力衰竭、心绞痛、哮喘发作、慢阻肺急性期等; 4.下肢严重的关节炎症及合并其他严重肌肉骨骼系统疾病； 5.下肢深静脉血栓; 6.伴有剧烈疼痛； 7.拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have contraindications for rTMS such as pacemaker implantation, history of epilepsy, and progressive stroke; 2. Obvious cognitive dysfunction, unable to cooperate with examination and treatment; 3. Unstable clinical conditions, combined with severe cardiovascular diseases and pulmonary diseases, such as heart failure, angina pectoris, asthma attacks, acute phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc. 4. Severe joint inflammation of the lower extremities and concurrent other serious musculoskeletal system diseases; 5. Deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities; 6. Accompanied by severe pain; 7. Refuse to sign the informed consent form.
