研究目的:

聚焦痰湿体质易发脂代谢紊乱这一核心科学问题,注重应用现代科学技术创新破解健康难题,发挥中医治未病的特色与优势。从本项目组积数十年临床经验所创制的针对痰湿体质的临床验方痰湿调体方入手,致力于将中医体质治未病研究成果转化成为中医药服务深圳健康战略的重要方法,为应用于深圳公共卫生和慢病防控,充实和丰富临床诊疗体系,以打造健康中国“深圳样板”为抓手,推动健康关口前移这一历史使命作出应有的时代贡献  

Objectives of Study:

Focusing on the core scientific issue of phlegm-damp constitution predisposing to lipid metabolism disorders, we emphasize the application of modern scientific and technological innovations to address health challenges while leveraging the distinctive advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine in preventive healthcare. Building upon decades of clinical experience accumulated by our research team, we have developed the TCM clinical formula "Phlegm-Damp Body Regulation Formula" specifically targeting phlegm-damp constitutions. Our mission is to transform TCM's preventive healthcare research into a crucial methodology for serving Shenzhen's health strategy, applying it to public health and chronic disease prevention in Shenzhen. This will enrich clinical diagnosis and treatment systems, advance the historical mission of shifting health management to earlier stages, and make due contemporary contributions through establishing Shenzhen as a "Shenzhen Model" for Healthy China.

纳入标准:

1.年龄18~65 岁,性别不限。 2.跟据中华中医药学会 2009年4?9?正式发布的《中医体质分类与判定》标准,符合痰湿体质,且主体质为痰湿体质并且?兼夹体质者。 3.?愿接受临床试验并签署知情同意书,能够遵守?案规定的研究程序。痰湿体质判定?法:根据《中医体质分类与判定》标准,痰湿体质各条?分值相加得出原始分,根据以下公式计算得出转化分:转化分=[(原始分-条?数)(条?数 /×4)]×100。转化分>=40 可判定为痰湿体质,分值越?,表示受试者的痰湿体质偏颇程度越?。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age: 18 to 65 years old, gender not limited. 2. According to the "Classification and Identification of Constitution in Traditional Chinese Medicine" officially released by the China Association of Chinese Medicine on April 9, 2009, those who meet the criteria of phlegm-dampness constitution, and whose main constitution is phlegm-dampness constitution without concurrent constitution. 3. Voluntarily accept clinical trials and sign informed consent forms, and be able to abide by the research procedures stipulated in the protocol. The method for determining phlegm-dampness constitution: According to the "Classification and Identification of Constitution in Traditional Chinese Medicine" standard, the scores of each item of phlegm-dampness constitution are added together to obtain the raw score. The converted score is calculated based on the following formula: Converted score =[(raw score - number of items) (number of items /×4)]×100. A conversion score of 40 or above can be used to determine a phlegm-dampness constitution. The higher the score, the greater the degree of phlegm-dampness constitution bias of the subject.

排除标准:

1.兼夹其他体质者。 2.合并?、脑、肺、造?系统等疾病,有肝、肾功能损害,肿瘤及精神疾患者。 3.对试验药物或其组分过敏。 4.妊娠期、哺乳期妇?。 5.1个?内参加过其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Those with other constitutions. 2. Those with concurrent diseases of the heart, brain, lungs, hematopoietic system, etc., liver and kidney function impairments, tumors and mental disorders. 3. Allergic to the test drug or its components. 4. Pregnant and lactating women. 5.1 Those who have participated in other clinical trials within the past month.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

制定统一规范的CRF表,所有患者治疗前后及随访过程中,均按照临床观察表中的所列项目进行检查和评估,如实及时地记录相关检查结果。使用Excel、Epidata软件建立数据库,由2人独立双机录入数据,并对数据进行核对及逻辑检查,保证数据无误后锁定数据库

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

A unified and standardized CRF table wil be designed. All patients wil be checked and evaluated based on the items listed in the clinical observation table before and after treatment and during the follow-up proces. The results should be recorded truthfully and in a timely manner. Excel and Epidata software will be used for establishing a database. Two persons enter the data in two machines independently, and logically check the data to ensure that the data is correct. And then the database wil be locked.
