Objectives of Study：

Discussion on whether Perfusion Index (PI) and arterial blood flow parameters can serve as reliable objective indicators for the success of tibial nerve block

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.成年(18-80岁)患者；
2.ASA为I-III；
3.计划在全身麻醉联合股神经及胫神经阻滞下进行膝关节置换术的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18-80 years;
2.ASA I-III;
3.Scheduled for knee arthroplasty with GA+femoral/tibial nerve blocks;

排除标准：

1.患者拒绝，不能给予知情同意； 2.不能配合完成研究计划； 3.孕妇、产妇或尿妊娠试验阳性； 4.外周血管疾病； 5.糖尿病； 6.长期使用镇痛药物； 7.使用α和/或β受体阻滞剂； 8.神经功能障碍； 9.有股神经及胫神经神经阻滞禁忌证如凝血功能异常、穿刺部位感染，或患有精神病等不能合作者； 10.麻药物过敏的患者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient refusal or inability to provide informed consent; 2. Unable to cooperate to complete the research plan; 3. Inability to comply with the study protocol Pregnancy, postpartum status, or positive urine pregnancy test; 4. Peripheral vascular disease; 5. Diabetes mellitus; 6. Long-term use of painkillers; 7. Use alpha and/or beta receptor blockers. 8. Neurological dysfunction; 9. Contraindications for sciatic nerve and tibial nerve block include abnormal coagulation function, infection at the puncture site, or mental illness, among others, where cooperation is not possible; 10. Patients allergic to anesthetics;

The collection and recording of receipts were performed by trained professionals for case documentation and electronic data acquisition. Data entry and editing were conducted exclusively by the research team, with a secondary researcher verifying the accuracy post-entry.
