研究目的：

1.调查实习护生院前急救能力现状。 2.在前期现状调查基础上结合社会学习理论，构建一个适合护理人才培养要求，可以长期使用、资源共享的急诊院前急救培训视频案例库。 3.探讨实习护生院前急救能力提升培训模式。 4.实习护生院前急救能力提升培训的具体实践，并评价其效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigate the current status of pre-hospital emergency care skills among nursing interns. 2. Based on the preliminary investigation and incorporating social learning theory, construct a pre-hospital emergency care training video case library that meets the requirements of nursing talent training, can be used long-term, and can be shared. 3. Explore training models to improve the pre-hospital emergency care skills of nursing interns. 4. Conduct specific practices to improve the pre-hospital emergency care skills of nursing interns and evaluate its effectiveness.

纳入标准：

（1）正在接受护理专业实习的护生。 （2）不同学历层次。 （3）不同实习阶段。 （4）知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Students undergoing clinical nursing internships. (2) Students at different academic levels. (3) Students at different internship stages. (4) Students who gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准：

（1）未参与院前急救相关实习或培训的护生。 （2）因时间冲突、个人原因等无法配合调查的护生。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Nursing students who did not participate in pre-hospital emergency care related internships or training. (2) Nursing students who were unable to cooperate with the investigation due to time conflicts, personal reasons, etc.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：采用问卷调查进行纸质版资料收集，包括社会人口学资料、院前急救知信行、院前急救意愿和培训需求。 数据管理：采用Excel表单及SPSS软件进行数据管理。

Data Collection: Paper-based data was collected using questionnaires, including sociodemographic data, knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding pre-hospital emergency care, pre-hospital emergency care willingness, and training needs.
