研究目的：

探究眼外肌肉毒素注射作为斜视常见治疗手段，患者术后干眼的发生情况和眼轮匝肌功能的变化，并分析上述变化的时程特征和影响因素。 临床意义：在确认眼外肌肉毒素注射对斜视矫正有效性的基础上，明确其对眼表稳态及眼轮匝肌功能产生的潜在副作用；并为临床决策提供依据：为斜视患者手术方式的选择提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the occurrence of dry eye after surgery and changes in orbicularis oculi muscle function following extraocular muscle botulinum toxin injection as a common treatment for strabismus, and to analyze the temporal characteristics and influencing factors of these changes. Clinical significance: On the basis of confirming the effectiveness of extraocular muscle botulinum toxin injection for strabismus correction, this study aims to clarify its potential side effects on ocular surface homeostasis and orbicularis oculi muscle function, thereby providing a reference for clinical decision-making regarding the choice of surgical approach for strabismus patients.

纳入标准：

① 年龄：18-65周岁 ② 斜视角＞10PD ③ 因“麻痹性斜视”拟行“眼外肌肉毒素注射术”者 ④ 承诺按计划完成术后随访 翻译上述文字

Inclusion criteria

1 Age: 18-65 years old 2 Angle of strabismus > 10 PD 3 Patients diagnosed with "paralytic strabismus" scheduled to undergo "extraocular muscle botulinum toxin injection" 4 Commitment to complete postoperative follow-ups as planned

排除标准：

① 既往行斜视手术或眼外肌肉毒素注射术 ② 既往行其他眼部手术 ③ 上睑下垂或其他眼睑解剖异常 ④ 面神经麻痹 ⑤ 重症肌无力等相关全身性疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1 History of previous strabismus surgery or extraocular muscle botulinum toxin injection 2 History of other ocular surgeries 3 Ptosis or other eyelid anatomical abnormalities 4 Facial nerve paralysis 5 Systemic diseases such as myasthenia gravis or related conditions

使用病例记录表记录受试者数据。使用RedCap系统建立结构化数据库，双人独立录入，定期核查一致性。数据存储于医院加密服务器，仅研究团队授权成员可访问，剩余数据将匿名化存档，未来研究需重新申请伦理审批。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Subject data was recorded using a case record form. Use the RedCap system to establish a structured database, enter it independently by two people, and regularly check the consistency. The data is stored on the hospital's encrypted server and can only be accessed by authorized members of the research team, and the remaining data will be anonymized and archived, and future studies will need to reapply for ethics approval.val.
