纳入标准：

2008.1.1-2019.12.31神经外科手术治疗的下丘脑错构瘤患者；
随访时间不少于半年；
临床资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

Patients recieved neurosurgical treatment of hypothalamic hamartoma between 2008.1.1-2019.12.31.
Follow-up time more than half a year.
Complete clinical data.

排除标准：

非开放手术或SEEG引导射频热凝手术患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients went neither open surgery nor SEEG guided radiofrequency thermocoagulation surgery
