研究目的：

在本研究中，我们探讨了术后随访频率与含磨玻璃结节成分的肺腺癌切除患者肿瘤学结局之间的关联，并提出个体化的监测频率方案，以期减少不必要的放射暴露和经济负担。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we investigated the association between postoperative follow-up frequency and oncologic outcomes in patients with resected LUAD featuring GGO components and proposed a tailored surveillance frequency to reduce unnecessary radiation and financial burden.

纳入标准：

1.术前每位患者仅有一个被认为恶性的肺结节； 2.肺结节包含磨玻璃样成分； 3.经组织学证实为肺腺癌。

Inclusion criteria

1. Each patient had only one pulmonary nodule considered malignant prior to surgery; 2. The pulmonary nodule contained ground-glass opacity components; 3. Histological examination confirmed the presence of pulmonary adenocarcinoma.

排除标准：

有并发恶性肿瘤或其他既往原发性癌症病史的患者被排除在研究之外。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with a history of concurrent malignant disease or other previous primary cancers were excluded from the study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究的数据来源于中山大学肿瘤防治中心的电子病历系统。由经过培训的研究人员使用标准化的数据提取表从上述系统中提取所需变量，并录入至加密的电子数据库中进行整理、清洗和管理。所有数据均进行去标识化处理以保护患者隐私。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data for this retrospective study were sourced from the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system of Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center. Trained research staff extracted the required variables using a standardized data extraction form and entered them into a secured, encrypted electronic database for organization, cleaning, and management. All data were de-identified to protect patient privacy.
