旨在明确术后放疗在具有危险因素的早期舌鳞状细胞癌患者中的疗效及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

The aim is to clarify the efficacy and safety of postoperative radiotherapy in patients with early-stage oral tongue squamous cell carcinoma who have risk factors

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁且≤70岁，性别不限；
2.初治患者（此前未进行过放疗、化疗或靶向治疗）；
3.肉眼完全切除肿瘤且术后病理未见任何肿瘤残留；
4.病灶累及部位局限于舌前2/3（舌活动部）；
5.术后病理确诊为舌鳞状细胞癌；
6.根据AJCC第八版，病理TNM分期为T1-2N0M0；
7.具有至少一个危险因素：脉管癌栓、神经周围侵犯、中分化或低分化；
8.东部肿瘤协作组（ECOG）的一般状态评分为0-2分；
9.筛选前4周内未参加其他临床试验；如果其他试验筛选失败病例，但是符合本试验要求者可以入组；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=18 and <= 70 years, gender not restricted; 2.Previously untreated patients (no prior radiotherapy, chemotherapy or targeted therapy); 3.Complete resection of the tumor by the naked eye and no residual tumor found in postoperative pathology; 4.Lesions limited to the anterior 2/3 of the tongue (mobile part of the tongue); 5.Postoperative pathology confirmed as tongue squamous cell carcinoma; 6.According to the 8th edition of AJCC, the pathological TNM stage is T1-2N0M0; 7.At least one risk factor: lymphovascular invasion, perineural infiltration, moderately differentiated or poorly differentiated; 8.Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status score of 0-2; 9.No participation in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before screening; if cases failed screening in other trials but meet the requirements of this trial, they can be included;

排除标准：

1.侵犯口咽、口底、颊部、颈部及其他器官的患者；
2.接受过化疗或其他抗肿瘤药物；
3.既往接受过头颈部放射治疗；
4.既往有需要全身治疗的活动性自身免疫性疾病的患者；
5.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
6.急性感染难以控制者；
7.吸毒、药物滥用、长期嗜酒以及艾滋病患者；
8.受试者同时具有其他已知的侵袭性恶性肿瘤（通过治疗目前没有肿瘤复发的证据，且持续时间在2年以上者除外）；
9.研究者认为妨碍患者参加本试验的其他状况；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with invasion of the oropharynx, floor of the mouth, cheek, neck or other organs;
2.Received chemotherapy or other anti-tumor drugs;
3.Previously received radiotherapy to the head and neck;
4.Patients with active autoimmune diseases requiring systemic treatment;
5.Pregnant or lactating women;
6.Patients with acute infections that are difficult to control;
7.Drug addicts, drug abusers, long-term alcoholics and AIDS patients;
8.Patients with other known invasive malignant tumors (except those with no evidence of tumor recurrence after treatment and a duration of more than 2 years);
9.Other conditions that the investigator deems to hinder the patient's participation in this trial;

A 1:1 randomization will be conducted using the allocation scheme proposed by Zelen. Through a central randomization system, treatment allocation will be balanced first, followed by patient factors. Stratification factors included: age 65 years or older or younger than 65 years, T1 stage or T2 stage, and whether undergoing neck dissection.
