研究目的：

探讨听神经瘤患者前庭功能代偿机制及其与视、听觉的交互补偿机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the vestibular function compensation mechanism in patients with acoustic neuroma and its interaction and compensation mechanism with vision and hearing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18 岁<=年龄<=70 岁，右利手 2.确诊为听神经瘤、拟接受/已接受手术治疗 3.无 MRI 检查禁忌 4.既往无其他耳部疾病史、神经及精神科疾病病史 5.颅脑 CT 或 MRI 未显示颅脑异常

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 18 and 70 years old, right-handed 2. Confirmed diagnosis of acoustic neuroma, planned to undergo or already undergone surgical treatment 3. No contraindications for MRI examination 4. No history of other ear diseases, neurological or psychiatric disorders 5. No abnormalities in the brain shown on cranial CT or MRI

排除标准：

1.神经纤维瘤病 II 型（NF2） 2.术后病理为其他疾病 3.全麻手术禁忌者 4.MRI 检查禁忌者 5.不能配合完成相关检查或拒绝参加该项目 6.既往行颅脑相关手术 7.既往有脑血管疾病病史患者 8.严重视力障碍或既往有眼部手术史患者 9.中枢兴奋性或抑制性药物滥用者 10.术后有严重并发症患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Neurofibromatosis type II (NF2) 2. Postoperative pathology is other diseases 3. Patients with contraindications to general anesthesia surgery 4. Patients with contraindications to MRI examination 5. Patients who cannot cooperate to complete relevant examinations or refuse to participate in this project 6. Patients who have undergone previous cranial brain-related surgeries 7. Patients with a history of cerebrovascular diseases 8. Patients with severe visual impairment or a history of previous eye surgeries 9. Patients who abuse central excitatory or inhibitory drugs 10. Patients with severe postoperative complications
