研究目的：

本研究采用观察性研究，不干预患者的药物治疗过程，主要分析患者在使用RET抑制剂（普拉替尼、赛普替尼）治疗晚期肺腺癌脑膜转移的完整临床数据。  

Objectives of Study：

This observational study was conducted without intervening in the patients' medication process. It primarily involved a comprehensive analysis of the complete clinical data of patients treated with RET inhibitors (pralsetinib, selpercatinib) for leptomeningeal metastases from advanced lung adenocarcinoma.

纳入标准：

2022-4 月至 2025-9 月期间有 1 例患者在肿瘤科住院治疗使用 RET 抑制剂治疗晚期肺腺癌脑膜转移

Inclusion criteria

Between April 2022 and September 2025, there was 1 patient who was hospitalized in the oncology department and received treatment with a RET inhibitor for leptomeningeal metastases from advanced lung adenocarcinoma.
