研究目的：

本试验设计意在探究长双歧杆菌婴儿亚种SINE006是否能通过调节肠道菌群，促进特发性矮身材患儿生长发育与骨骼发育，与生长激素起到协同增效的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This trial is designed to investigate whether Bifidobacterium longum subsp. infantis SINE006 can promote growth development and bone maturation in children with idiopathic short stature (ISS) by modulating the gut microbiota, and whether it exhibits a synergistic effect with growth hormone (GH) therapy."

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准： 1. 3-8周龄 ，男女不限；符合特发性矮身材诊断标准 2. 未使用过或使用过生长激素但使用时间少于6个月者 3. 近 1 个月内没有使用益生菌、抗生素、抑酸剂等影响肠道菌群药物者；没有使用抗过敏药物及精神神经类药物者；没有使用免疫调节药物如糖皮质激素 4. 既往没有肠菌移植，注射营养素，免疫球蛋白治疗等 ； 5. 无重大疾病患者儿； 6. 监护人签署试验知情同意书，并同意研究者配合临床试验全过程并采集临血液、粪便等标本。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria: 1.Aged 3-8 years, regardless of sex; meeting the diagnostic criteria for idiopathic short stature (ISS); 2.No prior use of growth hormone (GH), or GH treatment duration less than 6 months; 3.No use of probiotics, antibiotics, acid suppressants, or other medications that may affect gut microbiota within the past 1 month. No use of anti-allergic, neuropsychiatric, or immunomodulatory drugs (e.g., glucocorticoids) during the same period; 4.No history of fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT), nutrient injections, or immunoglobulin therapy; 5.No major chronic or severe systemic diseases; 6.Legal guardians must provide signed informed consent and agree to:Participate in the full clinical trial process.Allow collection of blood, and stool samples for research purposes.

排除标准：

排除标准： 1.先天遗传代谢疾病；染色体病； 2. 已使用生长激素半年以上者； 3. 存在其他重大疾病或严重肝肾功异常患儿；? 4. 近 1 个月内使用益生菌、抗生素、抑酸剂等影响肠道菌群药物者； 5. 高度过敏体质或正在使用抗过敏药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria: 1.Congenital metabolic diseases or chromosomal abnormalities; 2.Growth hormone (GH) therapy for more than 6 months; 3.Presence of severe underlying diseases or significant liver/kidney dysfunction; 4.Use of probiotics, antibiotics, acid suppressants, or other drugs affecting gut microbiota within the past 1 month; 5Severe allergic predisposition or current use of anti-allergic medications.
