研究目的：

1. 现状分析：评估国内儿科肿瘤患者疼痛管理的规范性，包括药物使用、非药物干预及多学科协作情况; 2. 医生视角：明确临床医生在疼痛管理中的主要顾虑（如药物副作用、疗效评估）、知识技能需求及对指南依从性; 3. 家属视角：调查患儿家属对疼痛管理的认知水平、治疗预期、经济及心理负担，分析医患沟通中的信息差。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Status Analysis: Assess the standardization of pain management for pediatric oncology patients in China, including the use of medications, non-pharmacological interventions, and multidisciplinary collaboration; 2. Doctors' Perspective: Identify the main concerns of clinicians in pain management (such as drug side effects and efficacy evaluation), their knowledge and skill needs, and adherence to guidelines; 3. Families' Perspective: Investigate the level of understanding of pain management among patients' families, their treatment expectations, and economic and psychological burdens, as well as analyze information gaps in doctor-patient communication.

纳入标准：

1.医生受试者： (1)临床中可接触到儿科肿瘤患者的专科医生，如血液肿瘤科、肿瘤外科、疼痛科和麻醉科医生等； (2)自愿参加问卷调查； 2.监护人受试者： (1)直接照顾儿科肿瘤患者的家属或监护人； (2)自愿参加问卷调查； (3)可充分理解问卷内容的文字和调查的具体内容。

Inclusion criteria

1. Doctor participants: (1) Specialist doctors in clinical settings who may come into contact with pediatric oncology patients, such as those in hematology-oncology, surgical oncology, pain management, and anesthesiology; (2) Voluntarily participate in the questionnaire survey; 2. Guardian participants: (1) Family members or guardians who directly care for pediatric oncology patients; (2) Voluntarily participate in the questionnaire survey; (3) Able to fully understand the text of the questionnaire and the specific content of the survey.

排除标准：

1.拒绝参加问卷调查的对象； 2.不能理解问卷内容的对象。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Subjects who refuse to participate in the questionnaire; 2.Subjects who cannot understand the content of the questionnaire.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Avoid collecting personal information and privacy unrelated to observation indicators in the questionnaire survey. You can choose to answer the questions online or offline. The results of the online questionnaire survey are collected and processed by a dedicated person, stored in a dedicated work computer, and a power on password is set. The offline questionnaire survey is uniformly stored in a dedicated data cabinet, with a physical cabinet lock and a dedicated person to keep the key.
