研究目的：

基于健康信念理论，构建一套全面、细致的肺结核合并糖尿病患者自我管理方案，并通过实际应用验证其有效性，以期提高患者的生活质量，促进康复进程，减少并发症，同时优化护理资源分配，提升护理服务质量和效率。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the theory of health belief, a comprehensive and meticulous self-management program for pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes mellitus was constructed, and its effectiveness was verified through practical application, in order to improve the quality of life, promote the rehabilitation process, reduce complications, optimize the allocation of nursing resources, and improve the quality and efficiency of nursing services.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.肺结核诊断标准符合《WS288-2017肺结核诊断标准》；
2.糖尿病诊断标准符合《中国2型糖尿病防治指南（2020年版）》；
3.年龄18-65岁；
4.知情同意，自愿参与本研究；
5.性别无特殊要求；

Inclusion criteria

1.The diagnostic criteria of pulmonary tuberculosis were in line with the Diagnostic Criteria of Pulmonary Tuberculosis (WS288-2017); 2.The diagnostic criteria of diabetes mellitus were in line with the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in China (2020 Edition); 3.The age was 18-65 years old; 4.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. 5.There is no special requirement for gender.

排除标准：

1.有严重的并发症和（或）合并其他重要脏器功能严重障碍者；
2.调查期间由于各种原因退出、失访等；
3.认知功能障碍；
4.耐药结核病患者；
5.孕妇；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe complications and (or) severe dysfunction of other important organs;
2.Withdrawal and loss of follow-up due to various reasons during the investigation;
3.Cognitive dysfunction;
4.Drug-resistant tuberculosis patients;
5.Pregnant women.
