研究目的：

1. 系统描述在术前、术后24小时及随访期间采集的与腰背痛相关的生物-社会-心理因素测量数据； 2. 探讨术前生物-社会-心理因素对手术治疗腰背痛预后及临床结局的影响； 3. 明确围术期相关因素对短期和长期健康结局的影响，重点关注急性及慢性术后腰背痛的发生发展； 4. 阐明多种共患疾病及多重药物治疗状态对老年腰背痛手术治疗效果、术后功能恢复及并发症发生的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The study describes the measurement data of bio - psycho - social factors related to low back pain collected before surgery, within 24 hours after surgery, and during follow - up. 2. It explores the impact of preoperative bio - psycho - social factors on the prognosis and clinical outcomes of surgical treatment for low back pain. 3. It clarifies the impact of perioperative related factors on short - and long - term health outcomes, with a focus on the occurrence and development of acute and chronic postoperative low back pain. 4. It elucidates the impact of multiple comorbidities and polypharmacy on the effectiveness of surgical treatment for low back pain in the elderly, postoperative functional recovery, and the incidence of complications.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 明确诊断为腰背痛的患者； 2. 计划进行择期手术治疗的患者； 3. 患者年龄在65-100周岁； 4. 愿意并保证按照方案要求予以合作者

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of low back pain; 2. Patients planned for elective surgical treatment; 3. Patients aged between 65 and 100 years; 4. Patients who are willing and able to comply with the requirements of the study protocol.

排除标准：

1. 排除不能配合完成病史采集及随访的患者； 2. 排除患有重性精神障碍及重度心理异常而无法签订知情同意的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude patients who are unable to cooperate in completing the medical history collection and follow-up. 2. Exclude patients with severe mental disorders and severe psychological abnormalities who are unable to sign the informed consent.
