研究目的：

1.主要研究目的： 本研究将食管癌术后患者及其照顾者视为一个二元整体，在第一阶段食管癌术后营养状况的纵向变化研究基础上对其进行二元精准干预，以期改善食管癌术后患者的胃肠道症状及营养状况，提高二者生活质量、促进二者身心健康； 2.次要研究目的： 通过对食管癌患者6个时间点进食情况及人体成分的纵向追踪调查，了解食管癌患者术后营养状况的纵向变化，为制定个体化、阶段性食管癌患者术后延续性护理方案提供实证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Research Objective:This study regards post-esophagectomy patients and their caregivers as a dual entity. Based on the longitudinal study of nutritional status after esophagectomy in the first phase, it aims to implement precise dual interventions to improve gastrointestinal symptoms and nutritional status in post-esophagectomy patients, enhance the quality of life for both patients and caregivers, and promote their physical and mental health; 2. Secondary Research Objective:Through longitudinal tracking of eating patterns and body composition at six time points in esophageal cancer patients, the study aims to understand the longitudinal changes in nutritional status after surgery. This will provide empirical evidence for developing individualized and staged post-esophagectomy continuous care plans.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者: （1）年龄60~80岁； （2）符合《食管癌诊疗指南》诊断标准，并经X线、CT、食管镜检查以及组织学检查等首次确诊； （3）行胸腔镜食管癌根治术且组织病理学为鳞状细胞癌； （4）术后病情稳定，预计生存期>1年; 2.照顾者: （1）长期承担患者主要照顾任务的家庭照顾者,每日照顾时间不少于4小时； （2）年龄>=18周岁； （3）无精神障碍性疾病，能够进行正常的语言交流； （4）知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patient: (1) Age 60–80 years; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria of the "Esophageal Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines" and has been initially diagnosed through X-ray, CT, esophagoscopy, and histopathological examination; (3) Underwent thoracoscopic radical esophagectomy, and histopathology confirms squamous cell carcinoma; (4) Postoperative condition is stable, with an expected survival of >1 year. 2. Caregiver: (1) A family caregiver who is mainly responsible for the long-term care of the patient, providing care for at least 4 hours per day; (2) Age >=18 years; (3) No mental disorders and able to communicate normally; (4) Informed consent obtained.

排除标准：

1.患者： (1)伴有心功能衰竭或呼吸衰竭等严重躯体疾病的患者； (2)既往有精神病史者. 2.照顾者： (1)照顾者有明显的残疾； (2)照顾者为医护人员。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients: (1) Patients with severe physical illnesses such as heart failure or respiratory failure; (2) Patients with a history of mental illness. 2. Caregivers: (1) Caregivers with significant disabilities; (2) Caregivers who are medical staff.
