研究目的：

通过将BP网络算法应用于多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）敏化穴位特征规律的研究，揭示不同分型PCOS的穴位敏化规律，为临床精准选穴提供客观依据；推动人工智能技术在疾病诊断和治疗中的深入应用，为PCOS的分型诊断和个性化治疗提供新的科学依据，提高患者的治疗效果和生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

By applying the BP network algorithm to the study of the sensitization characteristics of acupoints in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), the sensitization patterns of acupoints in different subtypes of PCOS are revealed, providing objective basis for precise acupoint selection in clinical practice; Promote the in-depth application of artificial intelligence technology in disease diagnosis and treatment, provide new scientific basis for the classification diagnosis and personalized treatment of PCOS, and improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

PCOS 患者： 1.年龄在20-40岁之间的女性； 2.月经稀发或闭经或不规则子宫出血； 3.高雄激素血症和（或）高雄激素的临床表现( 如多毛、痤疮、溢脂性脱发等 4.卵巢多囊样改变：B超检查见一侧或双侧卵巢直径2-9mm的卵泡>=12个和(或)卵巢体积>=10cm^3； 5.PCOS女性的血清AMH水平较正常排卵女性升高2-3倍； 6.胰岛素抵抗/高胰岛素血症或高脂血症； 7.受试者同意本研究，并且签署知情同意书。 健康育龄女性： 1.年龄在20-40岁之间的女性； 2.未怀孕或未计划怀孕的女性； 3.没有PCOS相关的明确诊断或症状的女性； 4.没有处于应激状态的女性，如严重焦虑、抑郁或慢性疲劳等； 5.同意参加研究并签署知情同意书的女性。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with PCOS: 1. Women between the ages of 20 and 40; 2. Scarce menstruation or amenorrhea or irregular uterine bleeding; 3. Hyperandrogenemia and/or clinical manifestations of hyperandrogenism (e.g., hirsutism, acne, seborrheic alopecia, etc.). 4. Ovarian polycystic changes: >=12 follicles of 2-9 mm in diameter and/or ovarian volume of >=10 cm^3 in one or both ovaries seen on ultrasound; 5. serum AMH levels are 2-3 times higher in women with PCOS than in normally ovulating women; 6. insulin resistance/hyperinsulinaemia or hyperlipidaemia; 7. subjects agree to the study and sign an informed consent form. Healthy women of childbearing age: 1. women between the ages of 20-40 years; 2. women who are not pregnant or not planning to become pregnant; 3. women without a definite diagnosis or symptoms related to PCOS; 4. women who are not in a stressful situation, such as severe anxiety, depression or chronic fatigue; 5. women who agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 拒绝签署知情同意书的多囊卵巢综合征患者； 2. 其他可能引起高雄激素的疾病和引起排卵异常的疾病； 3. 合并有心、肺、造血系统疾病； 4. 合并有精神疾病； 5. 三个月内曾使用激素类药物及影响胰岛功能的药物； 6. 合并有恶性肿瘤； 7. 合并有遗传性疾病； 8. 处于妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 9. 体重指数（BMI）＜18 偏瘦者或＞28 肥胖者； 10. 对本研究检测过敏者；探测穴位局部皮肤有损伤者；1周内接受过针灸、拔罐、推拿等体表穴位刺激疗法治疗者；不愿参与研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who refuse to sign the informed consent form; 2. other diseases that may cause hyperandrogenism and diseases that cause abnormal ovulation; 3. comorbid cardiac, pulmonary and haematopoietic diseases; 4. a combination of psychiatric disorders; 5. the use of hormonal drugs and drugs affecting the function of pancreatic islets within three months; 6. a combination of malignant tumours 7. have a combination of hereditary diseases 8. pregnancy or breastfeeding; 9. persons with a body mass index (BMI) <18 who are lean or >28 who are obese; 10. those who are allergic to the study test; those who have local skin damage at the detection points; those who have received acupuncture, cupping, tuina and other surface acupoint stimulation therapies within 1 week; those who do not wish to participate in the study.
