研究目的:

评估吲哚菁绿(Indocyanine Green, ICG)荧光成像技术在显示腱鞘巨细胞瘤 (Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor, TGCT) 手术中病灶的准确性。  

Objectives of Study:

Objective to evaluate the accuracy of indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescence imaging technology in displaying the lesions of tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT) surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1. 年龄18-75岁。 2. 经术前穿刺活检或典型影像学(MRI)诊断为TGCT,且计划进行手术切除。 3. 能够理解并自愿签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Ages 18-75 years;2. TGCT was diagnosed by preoperative needle biopsy or typical imaging (MRI), and surgical resection was planned; 3. Able to understand and voluntarily sign written informed consent.

排除标准:

1. 对ICG或碘有已知严重过敏史。 2. 严重的肝功能不全。 3. 妊娠期或哺乳期女性。 4. 病变部位既往接受过任何形式的手术、放射治疗或靶向药物治疗。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Have a known history of severe allergy to ICG or iodine; 2. Severe liver dysfunction; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. The lesion site has previously received any form of surgery, radiotherapy or targeted drug therapy.

患者在常规腱鞘巨细胞瘤切除术前,接受静脉注射ICG。在术中常规切除主要病灶后,增加使用近红外荧光成像系统对创面和标本进行荧光成像的步骤。根据术中荧光探查结果,指导研究人员进行验证性取样及后续的病灶处理。

Intervention:

The patient received intravenous ICG before conventional resection of tenosynovial giant cell tumor. After the main lesions were removed routinely during the operation, the steps of using near-infrared fluorescence imaging system to perform fluorescence imaging on the wounds and specimens were added. According to the results of intraoperative fluorescence exploration, the researchers were guided to carry out confirmatory sampling and subsequent lesion treatment.
