探讨滑车上动脉穿支皮瓣在鼻部肿瘤缺损修复中的临床效果  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical efficacy and aesthetic outcomes of the supratrochlear artery perforator flap in the repair of nasal cutaneous tumor defects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄大于等于18岁； 2. 经本院病理科组织病理检查确诊为皮肤肿瘤（包括皮肤基底细胞癌、皮肤鳞状细胞癌、淋巴瘤、Bowen病、脂溢性角化病等良恶性肿瘤）； 3. 在本院皮肤外科接受肿物切除术及滑车上动脉穿支皮瓣修复术后缺损的患者； 4. 随访时间至少6个月，临床资料完整的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years; 2. Diagnosed with cutaneous tumours (including benign and malignant tumours such as basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, lymphoma, Bowen's disease, seborrheic keratosis) via histopathological examination by the hospital's pathology department; 3. Patients underwent excision of the lesion and repair of the defects with STAP at our hospital; 4. Patients with at least 6 months of follow-up and complete clinical records.

排除标准：

1. 失访患者； 2. 随访时间不足6个月的患者或临床资料不完整的患者； 3. 术前存在鼻部畸形（如先天性鼻畸形、外伤后鼻畸形）或既往接受过鼻部手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients lost to follow-up; 2. Patients with less than 6 months of follow-up or incomplete clinical records; 3. Patients with pre-existing nasal deformities (e.g., congenital nasal deformities, post-traumatic nasal deformities) or prior nasal surgery.
