研究目的：

（1）通过前瞻性队列研究，描述都市压力人群（包括高校学生与在职人员）的生活方式、营养状况及身心健康状况等随时间变化的趋势。 （2）系统探讨都市压力人群的学习/工作环境、生活方式、代际关系等因素与心血管代谢指标、身心健康结局和衰老的关系。 （3）为制定针对性的健康干预策略以及支持政策提供科学依据，预防或减轻都市压力人群的不良健康后果，促进心理社会适应，延长健康工作预期寿命。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To describe the temporal trends in lifestyle, nutritional status, and physical and mental health among urban populations under stress (including university students and working professionals). (2) Systematically investigate the relationships between factors such as learning/working environment, lifestyle, and intergenerational relationships, and their impacts on cardiometabolic indicators, physical and mental health outcomes, and aging in urban populations under stress. (3) Provide scientific evidence for the development of targeted health intervention strategies and supportive policies, with the aim of preventing or mitigating adverse health consequences, promoting psychosocial adaptation, and extending healthy working life expectancy in urban populations under stress.

纳入标准：

1.在深圳市学习或工作的人员，包括高校学生和在职人员； 2.年龄18-65周岁； 3.学生需具有3年及以上的预期在校学习时间或计划未来继续在深圳学习和工作，在职人员需签署3年及以上工作合同； 4.自愿参加研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Individuals studying or working in Shenzhen, including university students and employed staff; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. Students must have at least three years of expected remaining study period at school or plan to continue studying and working in Shenzhen in the future; employed staff must hold a work contract of three years or longer; 4. Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患有严重的身体疾病（如心血管疾病、癌症、重要脏器衰竭）或精神疾病（精神分裂症、抑郁症等）； 2.无固定学习/生活场所的人员，或从事高流动性职业或非固定场所职业（如长途司机、导游和外勤销售等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with severe physical illnesses (such as cardiovascular disease, cancer, or major organ failure) or mental disorders (such as schizophrenia, depression, etc.); 2. Individuals without a stable place of study/living, or those engaged in highly mobile or non-fixed location occupations (such as long-distance drivers, tour guides, or field sales representatives).
