研究目的:

分析人体肠道菌群与社区DM人群DR发病的相关性同时对肠道菌群的功能性进行初步探索,评价肠道菌群及宿主-肠道共代谢产物的差异性变化与DR的相关性,最后从动物模型层面揭示FMT对DR病情的影响,本研究从蛋白水平到基因水平,从现象到机制,从人体到动物模型,全面阐述肠道菌群与DR的相关性以及利用肠道菌群开展DR治疗的可行性;一来为DR的诊断或者预测寻找新的靶点;二来通过FMT这种微生态调节的方式对DR小鼠进行干预以期为DR的靶向生物治疗提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study:

To analyze the correlation between human intestinal flora and the onset of DR in DM population in the community. At the same time, explore the intestinal flora functionality and evaluate the correlation between the difference in intestinal flora and host-gut co-metabolites Finally, the impact of FMT on the disease state of DR was revealed from the animal model level. This study comprehensively explained the correlation between intestinal flora and DR and the use of intestinal bacteria from protein level to gene level, from phenomenon to mechanism, from human body to animal model The feasibility of developing DR therapy in groups; first, to find new targets for the diagnosis or prediction of DR; second, to intervene in DR mice through the micro-ecological adjustment of FMT in order to provide new targeted biological treatment for DR Ideas.

纳入标准:

2型DM;病程5-15年;近3月内未服用过抗生素;无便秘史;2周内无腹泻;

Inclusion criteria

Type 2 DM; the course of disease is 5-15 years; no antibiotics have been taken in the past 3 months; no history of constipation; no diarrhea within 2 weeks;

排除标准:

恶性肿瘤;患有肠道系统性疾病;患有传染性疾病(HIV、结核、梅毒等)

Exclusion criteria:

Malignant tumor; suffering from intestinal systemic diseases; suffering from infectious diseases (HIV, tuberculosis, syphilis, etc.)
