研究目的：

多中心研究成人劈离式肝移植疗效，主要是围手术期干预，劈离供肝选择标准和受者选择标准。  

Objectives of Study：

A multicenter study on the efficacy of adult split liver transplantation, mainly focuses on perioperative intervention, selection criteria for split donor livers and recipients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）不限男女，成人肝移植受者（18-70周岁）； （2）在6个移植中心行肝移植手术并且在6个移植中心行术后长期随访； （3）神清，无严重智力、精神及神经障碍。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Male or female adult liver transplant recipients (aged 18 to 70 years); (2) Undergoing liver transplantation and long-term follow-up in six transplant centers; (3) Conscious, without severe intellectual, mental or neurological disorders.

排除标准：

（1）经研究者判断可能影响受试者安全或试验依从性的其他因素。 （2）受试者脑部疾病，精神发育异常，无法配合研究； （3）依从性极差，脱落30%以上或随访脱落连续两次及以上者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Other factors that the researcher deems may affect the safety of the subjects or their compliance with the trial. (2) Subjects with brain diseases, mental developmental abnormalities, or inability to cooperate with the research. (3) Those with extremely poor compliance, dropping out by more than 30% or missing follow-up visits twice or more consecutively.
