研究目的：

1.评估身体圆度指数（BRI）与癌症患者肌少症的独立关联性。 2.确定BRI预测肌少症的最佳阈值（NHANES与临床队列双验证）。 3.分析性别、种族、教育水平对BRI-肌少症关系的修饰效应。 4.比较BRI与传统指标（BMI、WC、WHtR）的预测效能。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To evaluate the independent association between body roundness index ( BRI ) and sarcopenia in cancer patients. 2.To determine the optimal threshold of BRI for predicting sarcopenia ( double validation of NHANES and clinical cohort ). 3.To analyze the modification effect of gender, race and education level on the relationship between BRI and sarcopenia. 4.Compare the predictive efficacy of BRI and traditional indicators ( BMI, WC, WHtR ).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病理确诊为实体瘤或血液系统恶性肿瘤； 2.接受至少一种抗癌治疗（手术/化疗/放疗）； 3.无严重认知障碍或语言沟通障碍。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pathologically diagnosed as solid tumor or hematological malignant tumor ; 2. Receive at least one anti-cancer treatment ( surgery / chemotherapy / radiotherapy ) ; 3. No serious cognitive impairment or language communication barriers.

排除标准：

1.临床资料不完善，失访，随访资料缺失不全者； 2.年龄小于20岁； 3.无法进行肌少症诊断。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Imperfect clinical data, lost to follow-up, follow-up data missing incomplete ; 2. Age less than 20 years old ; 3. It is impossible to diagnose sarcopenia.
