研究目的：

收集不同意识水平患者的EEG、临床指标等多模态资料，结合机器学习算法，构建能够预测患者意识水平的多模态诊断模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Collect multi-modal data such as EEG and clinical indicators from patients with different levels of consciousness, and combine with machine learning algorithms to construct a multi-modal diagnostic model capable of predicting the consciousness level of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合Giacino在2002年制定的MCS国际诊断标准或Laureys在2010年提出的VS诊断标准；②病程≥28天的患者；③近1月内均未使用任何镇静药物、抗癫痫药物（钠离子或钙离子通道阻滞剂）；④生命体征稳定；⑤无明显脑水肿、脑积水，无严重脑萎缩；⑥年龄18岁~70岁；⑦患者家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. In accordance with the MCS international diagnostic criteria established by Giacino in 2002 or the VS diagnostic criteria proposed by Laureys in 2010; 2. Patients with a disease course of >= 28 days; 3. Within the past 1 month, no sedative drugs, antiepileptic drugs (sodium or calcium channel blockers) have been used; 4. Stable vital signs; 5. No obvious cerebral edema, hydrocephalus, or severe brain atrophy; 6. Age between 18 and 70 years old; 7. The patient's family has signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①既往神经或精神疾病史；②既往有颅脑外伤、脑血管病病史；③有肿瘤病史；④近1月有服用镇静药物、抗癫痫药物；⑤生命体征不稳定；⑥患者家属不签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of neurological or mental disorders; 2. Previous history of head trauma or cerebrovascular disease; 3. History of tumors; 4. In the past month, the patient has taken sedative drugs or anti-epileptic drugs; 5. Unstable vital signs; 6. The patient's family did not sign the informed consent form.
