研究目的：

本项目拟将口腔全科诊疗病例与现有口腔各亚专业知识通过大模型推理技术进行整合，构建口腔全科临床诊疗决策支持系统，从而为口腔全科临床医生提供决策支持，提升口腔疾病的综合诊疗能力、病案质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to integrate the diagnosis and treatment cases of general dentistry with existing knowledge of various sub specialties of dentistry through large model inference technology, and construct a clinical diagnosis and treatment decision support system for general dentistry, in order to provide decision support for clinical dentists and improve their comprehensive diagnosis and treatment capabilities and medical record quality of oral diseases.

纳入标准：

1.患者在口腔全科诊疗过程中曾签署知情同意书，同意将“病历资料及照片用于非商业意图的临床及教学研究和学术交流”， 2.口腔全科病历结构基本完整，内容规范， 3.处置至少涉及2个口腔亚专业。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients have signed informed consent forms during the dental general diagnosis and treatment process, agreeing to use "medical records and photos for non-commercial clinical and teaching research and academic exchanges"; 2. The structure of dental general diagnosis and treatment medical records is basically complete and the content is standardized; 3. The disposal involves at least two dental sub specialties.

排除标准：

1.患者在口腔全科诊疗过程中未曾签署知情同意书， 2.口腔全科病历结构不完整，内容欠规范， 3.处置仅涉及1个口腔亚专业。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient did not sign an informed consent form during the general dental diagnosis and treatment process; 2. The structure of the general dental medical record is incomplete and the content is not standardized; 3. The disposal only involves one oral sub specialty.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究设计的主要数据来源为口腔全科诊疗病历文本，以及口腔专业电子书刊。 过程手段：按照纳入标准采集相应病历文本转换成电子资料→电子资料重新编码（隐去患者姓名及病历号）→专家对重新编码的电子资料进行细节修正→使用修正好的电子资料生成病历库→电子书刊生成书刊库→通过大模型推理技术建立口腔全科临床决策支持系统→系统校验。 所有数据由项目负责人单人双次录入（不同时间点），用以校对录入信息的完整性、正确性。所有电子资料均有至少2个备份，所有相关的纸板及电子版资料均有项目负责人妥善保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The primary data sources of this study design are ?oral general practice medical records? and ?oral specialty e-books/journals?. ?Process methodology:? ?Data collection & conversion:? Medical records are collected according to inclusion criteria and converted into electronic formats. Patient names and record numbers are anonymized through re-encoding. ?Expert review & refinement:? Experts revise the re-encoded electronic data for accuracy. ?Database construction:? The refined data is used to generate a ?medical record database?. E-books/journals are compiled into a ?publication database?. ?System development & validation:? A ?clinical decision support system (CDSS)? for oral general practice is built using ?large-scale model inference technology?. The system undergoes validation. All data is ?independently double-entered by the project leader at different time points? to ensure completeness and accuracy. At least ?2 electronic backups? are maintained. All paper and electronic materials are ?safely stored by the project leader?.
