研究目的：

骨盆髋臼骨折手术被誉为创伤骨科领域的“皇冠上的明珠”，主要归因于其手术难度大、风险高。骨盆环结构极为不规则，这种不规则性极大地增加了骨折复位和固定的难度。此外，骨盆区域承接了泌尿系统、生殖系统和消化系统，同时下肢的神经血管也在此区域穿行，解剖结构极为复杂，手术风险相对较高。加之该区域血管丰富，术中易出现大出血，导致患者死亡率升高。骨盆髋臼位于人体中心，受到良好保护，一旦发生严重损伤，其危害不容小觑。 针对骨盆髋臼骨折手术存在的解剖结构不规则和内部器官密集等问题，给骨折复位固定带来了极大挑战。具体表现在两个方面：一是复位时入路和手术方式选择困难，传统髂腹股沟入路和KL入路创伤较大，手术时间较长，亟待优化；二是固定困难，由于骨盆结构不规则，缺乏合适的内固定材料，目前全球范围内均相对缺乏针对这种复杂结构的解剖型钢板。若骨折复位良好后，钢板与骨面不贴合，可能导致固定效果不佳，甚至引发再移位。 本研究拟通过回顾既往骨盆髋臼骨折患者的骨折类型、手术入路、手术方式、固定方式和预后情况，以及前瞻性收集骨盆髋臼骨折患者的骨折类型、手术入路、手术方式、固定形式等信息，分析上述因素与预后的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Pelvic acetabular fractures surgery is regarded as the "crown jewel" in the field of trauma orthopedics, mainly due to its high surgical difficulty and risk. The pelvic ring structure is extremely irregular, which greatly increases the difficulty of fracture reduction and fixation. Moreover, the pelvic region houses the urinary, reproductive, and digestive systems, and the nerves and blood vessels of the lower extremities also pass through this area, making the anatomical structure very complex and increasing the surgical risk. Additionally, the rich blood supply in this area makes major bleeding during surgery more likely, leading to an increased mortality rate. The pelvic acetabulum is located at the center of the human body and is well protected. Once severely injured, its harm cannot be underestimated. The irregular anatomical structure and dense internal organs of the pelvic acetabulum pose significant challenges to fracture reduction and fixation. This is manifested in two aspects: first, it is difficult to choose the approach and surgical method for reduction. Traditional ilioinguinal and KL approaches cause significant trauma and have long operation times, which need to be optimized; second, fixation is difficult. Due to the irregular pelvic structure, there is a lack of suitable internal fixation materials. Currently, there is a global shortage of anatomical plates specifically designed for this complex structure. If the plate does not fit the bone surface well afte

纳入标准：

1.经X线和（或）CT诊断证明的骨盆髋臼骨折；
2.经骨科医生判断需手术治疗患者；
3.年龄＞＝18周岁；
4.患者或其授权代理人承诺配合随访及签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Pelvic acetabular fractures diagnosed by X-ray and/or CT.
2.Patients judged by the orthopedic doctor to require surgical treatment;
3.over 18 years old;
4.The patient or their authorized representative agrees to cooperate with the follow-up and to sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.病理性骨盆髋臼骨折；
2.开放性骨盆髋臼骨折；
3.因肿瘤或其他疾病导致预计寿命在12个月内的；
4.末次月经至产后1个月的孕产妇；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pathological pelvic acetabular fractures;
2.Open pelvic acetabular fracture;
3.Due to tumors or other diseases, the expected lifespan is less than 12 months.
4.Pregnant women from the last menstrual period to one month postpartum;
