构建有创机械通气患者撤机结局预测模型和病情转归动态预测模型  

Objectives of Study：

Build a predictive model for the outcome of weaning from invasive mechanical ventilation and a dynamic prediction model for the patient's condition evolution

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄≥18岁 (2) 有创机械通气治疗≥48小时的ICU患者 (3) 通过SBT筛查（由至少两位中级及以上职称的医生确认） (4) 所有受试者均提供知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age >= 18 years old (2) ICU patients who have received invasive mechanical ventilation treatment for >= 48 hours (3) Through SBT screening (confirmed by at least two doctors with intermediate or higher professional titles) (4) All subjects provided informed consent forms

排除标准：

(1) 孕妇 (2) 临床综合判断病情未达自主呼吸试验标准患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant woman (2) Patients whose clinical comprehensive assessment indicates that they have not met the criteria for the independent breathing test
